    I was charged $100 for using debit, which I thought was okay as opposed to credit. That seems more like a fine/punishment instead of a fee. Surely there's a more equitable way to avoid cards.

  3. Clicking on "Pay Invoice" should prompt option to pay "Full Amount" or "Other Amount"
