Notify Payer of Returned/Failed Payment.
If a payment is rejected for any reason, the payer should be notified that it happened AND have the ability to see if an account number was entered wrong and the reason for rejection of payment. Just got off the phone with customer service- as a payer, they can’t pull up my transaction history (even with the transaction ID and invoice number) without the payee (the person providing the service) involved due to security reasons.

Send paper receipt by mail. I don’t have a printer.
I don’t have a printer tee. Others don’t have internet at home and go to Starbucks. Sending paper receipt helps. Make it an option.

Don't block autofill
Every time I pay an invoice, my password managers / autofill are blocked from entering in my credit card information.
I don't plan on making an account for one bill. I would prefer it if I could just use autofill.
