Yes...we have customers paying numerous invoices each month and they have to pay online one by one. We just upgraded to Enterprise version 20 and hoped that this had become an option. Unfortunately, we still have to email separate invoices and get paid one by one.
We are considering canceling Intuit Payments and moving to another payment processor that does allow multiple online payments. Their application integrates with Quickbooks and looks much easier to use for our customers.
