Improved Estimate & Deposit Tracking for Jewelry Businesses
As a jewelry business, our estimates often include multiple components such as gemstones, metal types, and labor charges. It would be very helpful if QuickBooks allowed grouping of line items within estimates for better clarity.
Additionally, many of our orders involve partial payments or staged deposits. A feature that allows tracking multiple deposits directly within an estimate and automatically updating the remaining balance would significantly improve workflow.
This would make estimates more flexible and better suited for businesses handling customized or high-value products.
