The QuickBooks Estimates and Deposits feature has great potential but there are several key improvements that would make it truly powerful for small businesses. First, automatic deposit tracking linked directly to estimates would eliminate manual entry errors. Second, a visual progress indicator showing how much of an estimate has been collected vs. outstanding would be incredibly helpful. Finally, multi-currency deposit support for international clients would make it a complete solution for global businesses.
