I find the Estimates feature in QuickBooks Online very useful for sending professional quotes to clients. I would like to suggest a few small improvements.

More customization options for estimate templates (such as layout or fonts) would help businesses better match their branding. It would also be helpful to see basic client activity, like whether an estimate has been viewed. Lastly, improving the workflow from accepted estimates to invoices could save time.
