Improve Visibility and Speed for AppTransactions Feature in QuickBooks Online
Hello everyone,
I’ve been using the AppTransactions feature in QuickBooks Online for a while, and overall it is very useful for syncing data from third-party apps into accounting records. However, I think there is still room for improvement in terms of speed, transparency, and usability.
Sometimes the sync process feels slow or unclear, and it is not always easy to know whether a transaction has been successfully imported or if an error has occurred. It would be very helpful to have a clearer real-time status indicator, along with detailed logs for failed or pending transactions.
Another useful improvement could be better filtering and bulk actions, especially when handling a large number of transactions from multiple apps. This would make reconciliation and review much more efficient.
Overall, the feature is powerful, but a bit more visibility and control would greatly improve the user experience.
