It would be extremely helpful if QuickBooks offered a way to create bulk categorization rules specifically for streaming App (https://xupertvhd.co) Transactions, similar to the rules available for Banking. Many of us receive repetitive transactions from connected apps (subscriptions, platform fees, automated service charges, etc.), and manually categorizing them one by one becomes time-consuming and prone to errors.

A rules feature that allows us to auto-assign category, class, memo, and even vendor based on certain conditions (amount range, description keywords, connected app source, etc.) would significantly speed up reconciliation. This would keep books cleaner, reduce manual work, and ensure consistency across recurring entries. I believe this would benefit any user who processes a large number of automated app-generated transactions.
