Many clients have asked if they could make an appointment with me for future calls. It is so nice for them to call in an have a familiar voices, who they do not have to explain things over and over again.
Not everyone has the chemistry to work together. When the client finally finds that person they work well with, they want to continue using them. For them, they have to start over and explain the issues of their business with each new person they talk to.
