QuickBooks Online Bank Integration Support
Hi everyone,
I am having trouble connecting my bank account to QuickBooks Online. My account is linked but the transaction data is not fully synced. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but it still does not improve. Has anyone encountered a similar situation or has a solution that works? Thanks!

I am having problems as well. The product investigation team wrote me back and closed my case, and within an hour of the tech who helped me wrote back explaining that they would help me. I tried 3 x to disconnect and connect again. We had a problem last year, but were finally able to connect again. This time I'm hoping for the same.

I've had that same syncing headache with my bank feed before. What finally worked for me was completely removing the connection, clearing the cache in my browser, and then re-adding it fresh. It's such a frustrating step https://astrocarto.net/ to have to take, but it forced a clean data pull. Maybe give that a shot?
