Reporting "HUGE ISSUE"
As of today, after an hour and a half phone call into QB support. QB removed shared access on custom reports. I was told only admins have the capability to see them. Reporting is so vital to business organizations on a role level. I don't want all my users to have full access to reporting. I'm not fully understanding why approved "shared" custom reporting was removed and only given to primary and company admins. It makes zero sense. My next call is to NetSuite tomorrow. I tried staying optimistic with QB online through the years even though it's been painful at times, example, making changes on the platform with no communication. They will force many people away when terrible decisions like above are made. Super frustrating.
