  2. Statements and credit notes need to be able to be customised like invoices

    As part of a suite of standard forms used by the company - Customer statements and credit notes all need to be able to be customised and formatted in Quickbook labs like the invoices and estimates are

    Statements and credit notes are sent externally outside the business and therefore there needs to be a uniform format used

  5. How do we customize the customer statements

    I need an area I can input notes at the bottom like in quick books desktop. I need Account Number area, Customer Price Level added and IT MUST FIT IN THE WINDOW ENVELOPE. See attached on an actual customer (me). What is available is not very good for us and our customers.

  8. Customisable Remittance Advice

    The remittance advice would be good to be customisable to take off the meaningless signature for example when emailing.

    Also the same ability to choose the similar items as on the Invoices.

  11. Enable abiltity to inactivate mulitple vendors at one time

    It is very time consuming to inactivate one vendor at a time. When we converted from desktop to online, the program brought a bunch of old vendors from back to 2001. It will take days to inactivate these for all 3 of my companies. So disappointed.

  12. Price markup

    You can't create a markup for an invoice that you have quoted to a customer already and said customer has given you a PO. Markup feature needs to be able to be activated for creating quotes.

    Unless this is now a feature I am unaware of, I am only going by what I have found on the internet about not being able to use the markup feature creating quotes

  13. How about good customer service?

    You should train your customer service reps. I had a bad experience and after more than an hour they were not able to help. They promised to follow up and they never did.
    The lady was rude, background was loud, she had to consul with others every five minutes, made print 20 pages during the process, called me a liar and then blamed me the customer for not being able to solve the problem.
    (I’m a computer engineer that works in software support. I’m pretty sure i knew more than her. I asked if she was recording because I wanted…

  14. It would be helpful to have customization access to the accounts feeding to the Profit/Loss number on the dashboard.dashboard screen.

    Some of our G/L accounts are designated accounts and as such are not a true representation of the nonprofit's true profit/loss in a given time period. It would be helpful to be able to customize which accounts are reflected in this report.

  15. Account numbers on financial statements

    When using account numbers in QBO, the numbers print on the balance sheet and income statement. For a more professional looking statement, the numbers should not print.

    Provide the same excellent functionality to calculate holiday allowance for hourly paid workers from hours worked & record holidays taken and then present to employees number of holiday hours still available.
    Desktop has done this for years.
    I constructed an Excel spreadsheet to do this in 85 seconds.
    I first requested this 3 yrs ago. I AM VERY ANGRY THAT QB REFUSE TO LISTEN. It would take a few lines of code to do this. I am not migrating to payroll because of this.

  19. report customization

    We should be able to add columns/fields to the reports which allow for formulas, or at least sorting of those fields. We use a deadline of 10 business days after the approval date of an estimate, and we currently have to export the report into excel to be able to manually calculate the "due date". This should be extremely easy to create in the reports instead.
