  1. Warning when adding Expense to a Customer

    Can you add a popup question like "Are you sure you want to add an Expense to a Customer?" The reason being, when importing transactions from the bank that were not entered prior to the import, you have an option to Add, if there isn't a transaction to Match. If you Add the transaction to a Customer with a similar name to the Vendor it should have been Added to, the transaction doesn't show anywhere except the list of Expenses. If you search for the transaction in the list of transaction from the Vendor's page, it won't be there. It…

  2. Eliminate Save Yes or No, if just saved or if changes were made!!!

    Having a popup asking to save yes or no when no changes have been made or if you hit save just before exiting is redundant. If it was added as a "safety feature", it makes sense if changes have been made since the last save, but not every time you exit an invoice. This should be a fix rather than simply a feature request.

  3. Default to last sort method

    Having changed he sorting direction to from oldest appearing first to newest at the end of the list of invoices, may have a certain logic to it, but not practical for everyone. For us, having the most recent appear first makes more sense. We are far more likely to want to access recent invoices, than one that was created and paid 3 years ago.

    Why can't you have the last sorting method, "remembered", when you go back into QB? Whether that was by invoice number, type of trans action or whatnot.

  4. Quick View Feature for Invoices

    Please consider adding a quick way to view some content of invoices, by hovering or clicking on a more button , similar to the feature in Delayed Charge list, in the fly away menu.

    The Reason, is because when hunting for a particular invoice for a customer, who has multiple invoices, all the same amount, all on the same day, opening each to read the description or memo, far more time consuming than if you could just see the detail for a single field, rather than having to wait for each invoice to open until you find the one you…

  5. Able to amend the bank reconciliation report after saved!!!

    Able to amend after a wrong bank reconciliation report saved.. is hard for user to undo all the reconcile for a month and do again.. what a waste of time

  6. Create a Time to Pay report

    How many days does it take a specific customer to pay? What's the average time to pay in days for all invoices sent this month? WE DON'T KNOW! Please offer a Time to Pay REPORT that generates a "days to pay" within a given date range, for all clients or a specific client. We're changing our collections processes, and we have no measurable way to see if our changes are making a difference.

  7. Fly-out list of "Delayed Invoices" "More" button Filters are needed

    I just noticed the "Delayed Charge" feature. Yeah! This will solve an issue we've been having, converting from invoicing in arrears to invoicing in advance. Since the sales department is also having to convert old customers and selling the new way of billing to new customers. It is very difficult to keep straight who to pre-bill and who to bill in arrears.

  8. Add the Customer Type option

    The sample import spreadsheet has a column for Customer Type, yet the import screen doesn't show this option, nor does Quickbooks have this field shown in Customer Detail. I need to group my customers by type. And they are not Sub-customers of each other.

    Our payment terms are 30 days from date of statement, statement date being the last day of the month i.e. All of our February invoices are payable by the end of March.

  11. Transaction summary by donor

    I want to be able print off the donor summary or trifold paper provided by Quickbooks and shove into a Quickbooks envelope-with address showing clearly in the window screen! I have Quickbooks envelopes and I can’t the mailing addresses to line up correctly.

  13. historical recurring invoicing

    Today is May 20, 2019
    I have to enter 300 invoices for 5 months because I don't have the ability to enter the January invoice and set it recurring from that date forward
    The ability to go back and set recurring invoices is a feature I really need to be able to do

  14. Being able to filter budgets by both Month (or other interval) and

    Being able to filter budgets by both Month (or other interval) and the designated class would be very useful.

    I've discovered that even though I have chosen to create a budget that is filtered by month, and for a specific class, I am still having to go and customise the Budget VS Actuals report, as you cannot display it by month and for one single class - it's one or the other.

    If you could please make it so that we are not having to duplicate the work in being able to view the Budgets we've created without having to…

    Allow Parent accounts to appear as inactive while its sub accounts remain active, but continue rolling up the sub accounts figures into the parent account for reporting features.

  20. budget to actual for projects

    need ability to enter budgets for projects, as can be done in enterprise. to do this, there needs to be a 'cost' column in the customer estimate (as there is in enterprise). then need ability to run budget to actual, by customer that includes the cost of employee time (as seen on the main project screen).
