    I agree. The last 3 times I have been asked if I want my payment info to be saved for future payments and I agree to that. Then next time I try and make a payment with the "saved payment info" and I click yes, the system comes back with the "Hmmmm that didn't work" reply. Everytime. Then I try and go in and enter in the same payment info and asked that it be saved it tells me that my user name (email) has already been used so I cannot enter it. Real smart. I'm also fed up with having to enter my credit card info everytime just to make a payment. Customer service in that respect SUCKS! I too will tell my vendor to seek another system. This can't be that hard. All my other vendors I pay online have no problem with that process. Intuit has very poor customer service software.
