I am NEVER able to simply pay my bill without reentering my routing and account numbers EVERY TIME!
I don't have a solution--I simply need to know what I'm not doing or what I'm doing wrong which prevents my being able to pay my bill through my checking account each time WITHOUT having to re-enter my routing number and my account number every time. It does not allow me to click on the little "save" box, and when I do the "or sign in," even though I've already signed in, I always get the message, "Hmm, that didn't seem to work."
