        Accepting payments in ACH only is wrong. They should accept credit card, customer needs payment convenience

        Being able to pay with a credit card. Set up to autopay with a credit card would be even better.

        When paying an invoice via credit card, have a Memo field on the invoice that QB generates in order to add info. about that that invoice is for.

        This is the third payment I have made using this system. The first two gave me the option of using a debit or credit card, but suddenly, neither is an option. If you can use personal checking and savings, then why not those? A debit card, after all, draws off of your checking account anyway. It's the same thing. Most people don't walk around with their bank's routing number in their mind or pocket, so that's very inconvenient, to say the least. Also, consistency would be nice--if you allow those methods, and then take them away randomly with no warning, that's stupid.

        I had to ask for authorization to pay with a credit card. The only option that popped up was payment directly from my bank.

        Please accept credit cards as sometimes it's easier to us than checks, plus the customer also does earn points and rewards towards purchases.

        Most of the time, my invoice only gives me the option of paying by check and not debit card. It only randomly comes up and allows me to pay with a card. Why is this?? It's very inconvenient.

        I paid all my invoices in 2015 by credit card but for the last 3 invoices it will only let me pay with a checking account. The drop-down does not have a field for credit card information. Though on the top of the invoice it says you accept credit cards. This is very misleading. Thanks for your help.
