Name downloaded files with useful human readable names
I really don't understand why after all this time, that when you download a receipt, the filename is the most useless and always to be renamed word "receipt". It should be something at least like "<merchant>receipt<date>.pdf"
I'm ok whatever you come up with, if it has the date and the merchant info so the file is easily identifiable as to whom it is from and when it was for.1 vote -
Payment for only work completed
We are paying for the the pointing work. Upon completion of the waterproofing in spring/ summer, we will pay the remainder. It would be nice to be able to include comments on payment with the payment and not have to make a comment here. Thanks

Option to specify deposit % or amount required on invoice for payment
I have had a few clients pay our invoice in full by accident (large amount) using QuickBooks Payments when we only needed an initial deposit. I am coming from square where I was able to specifying 25% or 50%, or even an exact amount needed that shows up as deposit required on the page as soon as they hit the link. Showing the full amount as it is now is dangerous, you rely on them having to TYPE in the correct amount manually after doing math and you don't even allow for copy and paste. At least for now allow…

Who's on auto pay? Place it on the dashboard
It is very difficult as an employer to find out who has signed up for Auto pay. Many of our clients are set up on ACH but it is inconvenient to have to go in every month and pull money from each client's account. Naturally the option of auto pay is very attractive not only to the business but also for the client or potential client. enable users who login in to view invoice & payment history
Invoice and payment history accessibility has been requested by multiple users for years. Not much to explain. If users created an account and login they should be able to access a history log of invoices received and paid.

Better customer service
First you need to let customers aware their estimate was complete and what is expected regarding payment. Stop communicating by email and talk to your customers. I shouldn't have had to call as many times as I did. Customers dont lime to hear excuses. Conduct yourselves as a business.

Too many places name the download receipt.pdf and they overwrite each other. Could you please add the name of the business and the date?

Delete Quickbooks from the internet
As the supposed "premier" accounting software Quickbooks lacks too many basic no brainer features that would normally be on any kindergartenl level accounting software and most of what it does feature is clunky and annoying, so deleting it from the internet and bleach-bitting the code would be the ideal modification for Quickbooks moving forward.

Allow a partial invoice or be paid. I sometimes do not have enough cash to pay a whole invoice and want to pay part of it using a credit. Allow only part of an invoice to be paid.

The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice
The filename of the downloaded receipt is "receipt". It should be "Invoice XXXX Receipt" so it will show in my file list next to the invoice which it paid. Both start with Invoice XXXX for alphabetizing purposes. But when it's just named "receipt" i have to rename it or overwrite the previous receipt which could result in a loss of information that could be easily avoided.

"Save and Share Invoice Link" needs to be accessible via QuickBase Pipeline or sync table
The "Save and Share Invoice Link" needs to be available as a data object passable to QuickBase either via pipeline or sync table. Currently the only way to pass the link from QBO to QBase is by having users log into Books, manually copy the link, paste the link into Base, and resave the record. This is cumbersome and error-prone.
Alternatively, I know that using minor version 36 one can use an API call to get the share link, but it's not currently possible in Qbase Pipelines to navigate QBO's OAUTH flow. You cannot have a pipeline request a token,…
