I've tried to pay online since mid-March 2022. Link is broken
Tried to pay online since March 2022. Check weekly. Link broken. When Bill Pay link clicked receive message "404 - File or Directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Only today received an email with a link that works.

Tab index on credit card form fields is incorrect
After receiving a new payment request email and clicking on the Review and Pay button it takes me to a credit card form. When you tab between fields in this form it skips over some fields. i.e. the html tab index attributes are no set correctly.

Send new invoices when payments are due
Populate and send a new invoice with the remaining balance when final payment is due rather than searching for an old invoice.

Make establishing a QB account as a consumer easy.
You have my email on file, but won't let me either 1.) recover my account or 2.) create a new profile. Innovate, or watch yourself get passed. Add venmo and credit card as options.

Ever since I got a new checking account, I've had to try multiple times over multiple days to pay my rent. I keep getting an error message
Why does my new checking account information not work to pay my rent. It's been 4 months of multiple tries over multiple days to get my payment to go through. I put in my new banking information, set as my permanent information. I keep getting an error statement to try again, or come back later to make a payment. What is the deal?

Clarity needed on invoice
Received an invoice for Bi-Annual (Semi-Annual) stabilizer. FountainBlue has my credit card on file. Clarify on invoice if this is an FYI and the amount will be auto charged to my credit card or if this is a separate charge that I need to go online to pay.

Send bill on time and not at the start of the next year with a big bill. I requested my bill for 2021 in October and I got no response until February 2022 will a bill not cool at all.

Allow payer's debit/credit card numbers to be safely saved and not have to enter them every single time. In today's world, most sites, including Venmo and Cash App allow you to save your card information (safely & securely) which makes it a one-step process to pay and is easier & more efficient because you don't have to pull my debit/credit card out of my wallet each time and enter it.

For optional payments like cleanup, there should be check box, instead of part of full payment. Show balance zero on main payment paid.
Add the main payment as top and the check boxes for optional payments like cleanup. If any previous balance is left (not sure how it works), but that should be separate entry as well. Once user has done main payment and no check-boxes are selected, the payment should show done, instead of balance due.

Image of invoice as I pay it
When paying a vendor's invoice it would be helpful to see simultaneously the image of the invoice next to the amount to pay, rather than having to download the invoice saving it and open it in my PC.
