    I have not been able to have my checking account information saved on your website and I have to re-enter it every time I want to pay invoice.

    I have tried repeatedly to enter my email address as user ID but your system tells me each time that the email address I list is already taken or something. I am trying to avoid havint to enter a gazillion digits to process a payment by check. Please institute pay pal or have a button for me to click that puts into your database redundant bank account sfutt.
