You may have gone through this stressful situation – deleting the Recycle Bin and then suddenly realizing that important files were deleted. I recently faced the same problem. I cleared the Recycle Bin to free up space, and later noted that some important docs were removed forever. When files are deleted from the Recycle Bin, they no longer remain visible, but this does not necessarily mean that the files are deleted permanently.
First, I checked whether any backup or File History option was available, and if backups are enabled, restoring from there is the safest method. In my case, there was no recent backup, so I had to look for a solution.
Then I tried Softaken Data Recovery Software. Its deep drive scan helped to retrieve most of the deleted data. One should only refrain from copying new files on the same drive since the overwritten information is much more difficult to restore.
