  1. I need the ability to include a hyperlink when emailing invoices.

    I need the client to be able to see their advertisement on my website when I send them their invoice by email. there is now way to include a hyperlink when sending emails- this is essential-I cannot send without-they are expecting it. Now I have to take each email and change send address to myself, then when I receive , add a hyperlink, then send to each client- lots and lots of extra work-I was able to do easily on desktop version of quickbooks.

  3. Show CHECKS written to CUSTOMER under their account history in QBO!

    Right now if we write a CHECK back to a CUSTOMER- for a refund or a "Cash Back/Fundraising" incentive when you go to their account the CHECK is NOT listed as a transaction under their account.

    You can see Payments and Invoices- but no CHECKS.

    We can't be the only company that has written a check to a customer.

  6. Memo line for customer paying invoice

    Intuit never listens to it’s customers. I am a 26 year customer with them, and they never have implemented a single thing the I have seen customers recommend. Worst customer service in the industry.

  7. Allow minus value in Quickbooks Timesheets

    Time is transactional, so we should be able to add a minus to a timesheet?

    We want to produce Timesheet Reports that show our clients not ONLY the time we spent on their project, but how many hours they bought up front. Timesheets deal in hours not £££

    Our clients need to see see how many hours he has left at the bottom of the report (not just how many hours we have spent on the job).

  8. Admins to be able to change direct deposits for employees even if the employee has not joined Workforce.

    As an admin, I was not able to change a bank account for direct deposit on an employee since they had not completed their setup with Workforce. An admin should be able to change this information when provide by an employee even if they have not done the setup through Workforce.

  10. Auto-forward Gmail emails to QBOdocs email

    Currently, an auto-forward filter (to send receipts to QBO docs email) in Gmail is being prevented by QBO, because it doesn't allow us to check a verification code to finish the setup.

    Therefore, a Gmail user cannot auto-forward his receipt emails to the QBO docs folder.

  11. Include Inventory and COGS tracking in the Simple Plan ( 1 user)

    COGS and Inventory tracking is a basic function of any company that has physical goods. It should not be differentiated by the # of users under the plan. 1 User company also needs such function, but it's not practical to pay for a 5-user plan.

  12. Expand Custom Fields Options and Sort DropDown Lists

    We leverage custom fields a lot. There already exists an option for a dropdown list but this list is just field after field and isn't even sorted alphabetically so when it gets long it's hard to manage in the admin and when it gets long the dropdown option on invoices etc isn't sorted which makes no sense. Ideally the fields stay sorted or have the option to sort in both areas and ideally there is an easier way to bulk add the list via CSV or just a box that's separated by line item. Or maybe feed off another list…

  13. Make it so that the language of estimates and invoices can be changed without changing the language for the whole account.

    We have the need to send estimates and invoices in a different language than our account language. This is not currently possible, and shouldn't be very difficult to implement.

  16. Fix bank transfer screen in Edge browser, selection options not visible

    When entering a transfer transaction in the Edge browser with magnification set to default value of 100%, the first account selection box (the "transfer funds from" account) works well. It opens downward, and all available accounts display properly.

    The second account selection box (the "transfer funds to" account) opens upward and extends off the screen, making it impossible to see or select items at the top of the list. One must change the browser magnification to 90% or smaller to see all items.

    I'd suggest making the second account selection window open downward as well. Thank you.

  18. Add "Pay Type" field in QuickBooks Time

    I want to use Quickbooks Time with a couple companies that I work with. However, Time does not allow you select what pay type that would correspond to QBO. For example, one client does not have standard ST,OT,DT schedule and another uses day rates.

    Many times, we currently must create 3 separate estimates for one customers RFQ that as 3 different items from different product lines which have 3 different discounts, therefore the discount off the total is not applicable. We deal with Major Automotive customers and their suppliers; they cannot understand the lack of this capability in QuickBooks.

  20. Expand QuickBooks Online API

    We are trying to use a 3rd party to calculate sales commissions and the QBO API is restricted and only allows access to the first 3 Custom fields created and only of transaction type and only text fields. Open this up, we use custom fields on transactions and if the data is there we should be able to a access it via the API.
