Have you noticed an error indicating that your QuickBooks Desktop subscription has lapsed or expired? Don't be concerned. It will have no effect on your company's data. Here's how to resolve the issue.

Solution 1: Change your billing information.
In your Customer Account Management (CAMPs) portal, update your payment information for your subscription.

Log in as an admin user to the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs).
Choose QuickBooks Desktop from the list of products and services.
Next to your QuickBooks Product, click Details.
Next to your Payment Method, click Edit. Update your payment information. When you're finished, click Save and Close.
Start up QuickBooks Desktop.
Navigate to the Help menu and select Manage My License. Then click the Sync License Data Online button.
