  1. Use CIS functions with the mobile app

    Currently the CIS sale invoicing function doesn't work with the app. Lots of client use the app but are unable to use this function correctly.

  2. Estimates Tracker in the Mobile App

    Allow us to see whether a customer has seen an Estimate, just like we can with Invoices

  4. Send Invoice Reminder in Mobile App

    Currently the reminder notification is only shown on the customer transaction list. It would be great if that could be shown on the Invoice list.

  5. Custom Fields for Vendors or type field

    In the desktop version, I was able to add custom fields to many of the list items. For vendors specifically, I created an Entity Type field, so that I could assign Corp, S-Corp, LLC - Indiv, LLC-S-Copr, Indiv. Partnership, etct. This would ensure that the 1099 selection for the vendor was set correctly, and that it was verified when the vendor was entered.

    Currently you can go to the following site to verify the status of your deposit: merchantcenter.intuit.com

    We’re currently working on making our language more clear in the app though so that when your invoice is paid, there will be a reminder that you’ll receive your money from your customer in 5-7 business days (often sooner) for credit card transactions and typically within 1-2 business days if the customer paid via ACH

  8. Send from own email address

    Why hasn't this already been done and why has this not received more votes?? This should be an absolute STANDARD 'feature'. I could do it with my other cloud software and now we are regretting the change.

    Ridiculous. A VERY simple SMTP addition and this could all be solved. I do NOT want to pay for third party services such as Zapier etc to do this.

    Then there is someone answering these queries on the support site with 'of course you can send the emails through your own system, just download and save as a pdf and then attach it…

  9. Add Credit Card Credits in Mobile App

    As a general contractor, I regularly purchase items and add them as expenses assigned to projects/clients with the mobile app. However, when I return product and get a refund, the mobile app does not currently support adding a Credit Card Credit - it must be done through the web version. It would be great to have the same receipt photo capture functionality as adding an expense for Credit Card Credits on the mobile app.

  10. Have the ability to add a check number when submitting expenses

    Right now you can't add a check number when entering check expenses (expenses paid by check) in the mobile app - you have to physically enter it in the desktop app.

  11. Filter profit and loss by 'THIS FINANCIAL YEAR'

    The app used to allow you to filter the profit and loss by 'THIS FINANCIAL YEAR'. For some reason they removed that option (the most useful one of all). Instead, the available options are 'As of Today', 'This Month', 'This Month to Date', 'This Quarter', 'This Quarter to Date', 'This year', 'This Year to Date', 'Last Month', 'Last Fiscal Quarter', 'Last Financial Year' and 'Custom'.

    I appreciate you can generate a report by selecting 'Custom' and putting in the dates manually. But surely a program designed to track financial transactions should at least have one of the 10 default options…

  13. journal entry on mobile

    Hi, it would be great to be able to do a journal entry in mobile.
    Example: tIf I want to register expenses that I pay using personal funds, I need to create a journal entry on desktop. I cannot do it on the go, on mobile.
    Very cumbersome..

  14. Receipt upload for employees with limited access to QB Online

    The mobile app will not allow Users with limited account access to utilize the mobile app. only those users with access to all features of Online. Employees who only need access to expenses should be able to use mobile app to upload receipts

  15. The audit log appears to change an original transaction to match a subsequent edit made to that transaction. This defeats the purpose.

    The audit log should NOT change previous transactions. It appears that if person B edits an entry [a check accepted, etc.] done by person A, the audit log records the change made by person B and also changes the original transaction made by person A to match person B's edit. This defeats the purpose for an auditor, who needs to see what person A's entry was originally in order to evaluate the entry made by person B. This defeats one of the purposes of an audit log.

  16. export reports to google sheets

    At the moment, exporting reports are either in excel or PDF format. It would be good to also be able to export to google sheets

  19. Enable Quickbooks to see multiple historic bank transactions be able to be added together for matching

    I was placing historic transactions into Quickbooks for a new customer and 2 payments were made on the same day, £220 and £180.

    I used the bank statements to confirm payment dates and placed the details into Quickbooks again.

    It was only when I uploaded the CSV bank file that I discovered that Quickbooks had assigned both these payment together showing £400 but in the actual statement it was still showing £180 and £220.

    As I came to match the transactions I could not find anything to match the £180 and £220 because Quickbooks only recognises value of the amounts…

  20. Optional auto select for reconciliation transactions

    I would like the ability to turn off the auto select function for reconciliation transactions. Currently if you close out of a reconciliation and open it later or from a difference log-in, QB will have auto selected all the transactions or any new ones added and you have to re-do the reconciliation.
