Pay Run to create Pension & PAYE "bills" instead of journals so they can be matched when payment made
It would be really good if when a pay run is finalised, a bill for the pension contribution and a bill for the PAYE is created automatically (instead of the journal?) so that when payment is made and can be seen in banking it can be matched to that bill. I have been told to just "exclude" the pension payment and HMRC payment from the online banking list but feel the check of the bill would be a perfect solution instead.

provide city and state for sales tax reporting
South Carolina requires you to report taxable sales tax for sales/use tax reporting by city and county. It would be great to have a report to allow you to have easy access to this information. Currently, I have to download the data to Excel and manually calculate sales tax at the invoice level since I need to take the shipping location into account to make sure I tie back to the right number.
Basically, I need taxable sales and taxable amount by customer by city and county. I can't be the only one struggling this and am curious why it…

Add Toggle for Bill, Credit or Expense
There should be a toggle to allow you to change a Vendor Bill to a Credit without re- entering everything.

Support CSV Download wherever you have Excel. Please help me not lose years of my life. Please!
We export data all day long to bring into sheets etc.
Excel is a poor format as most SaaS products support CSV import/export.
I can't tell you HOW PAINFUL it is that this isn't possible. Hours, and days of my life have been spent as follows
1. Download File (Excel)
2. Open file in Excel
3. Delete headers
4. Save as CSV (various prompts)
5. Finally I have a CSV!Compare to Xero, Humanity, or 100's of other SaaS apps that you can import/export CSVs

Recurring invoice to include automatically advancing service date
It is hard to effectively use recurring invoicing when the service date isn't auto-created. There should be a way to have the service date advance in the same way the invoice date can advance.

Allow us to see the COST of an item in the Estimate page.
Note: I don't know why this ended up in the QuickBooks MOBILE Feedback area, it was meant for the Online Website version, but honestly it would also be very convenient for the Mobile app as well, so whatever.
I would like to be able to see how much an item COST ME in the New Estimate screen.. It wouldn't be shown to the customer obviously when the estimate is sent, just so I can adjust the price real quick if need be.
Either that, or add an "Edit Item" button from within the New Estimate page, so that I can…

Training materials for clients & colleagues
Hello, I am a Platinum Pro Advisor and I would like to use the presentation materials for Clients and Colleagues. I have downloaded the available materials and I have two questions/suggestions/requests: 1) Is there a set of materials that do not begin with a QBDT data import? and 2) Is there an updated set of materials with the new QBO layout? I'm having trouble finding resources that help my newly onboarded clients navigate through their system since mine looks different.
