2. Printing - delete bold titles and totals

   Could you make an option to not have all the reports/invoices/etc print with titles and totals in bold? It is killing my printer to have all of this type in bold and I do not want to keep having to export in order to remove the bold type

4. Let QBO Remember the last sales price for an item for a particular cusomter

   There is always different prices for different customers. it would be great if QBO remebers the last sale price for that particular item and suggest the same while invoicing. As the customer keeps complaining regarding the change in price every time we invoice them.

9. Audit Log in QBO - Please make the report work like the QuickBooks Desktop audit trail for compliance purposes

   I should be able to download all the changes listed under each transaction without clicking on each individual transaction. If I do click on each transaction, the resulting report should be downloadable to Excel. These detailed reports only allow printing to PDF. There needs to be a way to download a report to Excel that works exactly like the QBD version for customers that are facing employee fraud. The way it works right now is mind-numbingly inefficient and slow.

    Why does QB not have automatic acceptance of estimations, so that the client can accept the price? this way the business would not have to chase clients to see if they accept the price. In addition, why is there only a option to give estimations and not quotes, as in the UK these are different.

20. Add ability to edit packing slip and add a column for backordered items for QuickBooks Online

    Currently there is no way to add a fillable column to an invoice outside of the few default options. Additionally there is no way to customize the packing slip and make note of items that are currently out of stock. This makes it very difficult to communicate to customers what they are actually receiving in a shipment to hand write notes on the packing slip. This makes the packing slip look very unprofessional and makes tracking items that need to still be shipped nearly impossible without creating a manual system.
