QuickBooks Mobile Offline Draft Mode?
I know the QuickBooks dekstop version has an offline mode but what about mobile?
A lot of small business owners aren't sitting at a desk all day. They're out at job sites, meeting clients, driving between appointments, or working in places where the signal isn't always great. In those situations, it can be frustrating if you need internet access just to create an invoice or log an expense.
Why not let users create invoices, estimates, expenses, and customer notes while offline. Everything gets saved on the phone and automatically syncs once they're back online.
This would make it much easier to capture information when it actually happens instead of trying to remember it later. For example, a contractor could draft an invoice before leaving a job site, a freelancer could log an expense while traveling, or a salesperson could update customer notes right after a meeting.
It's not a huge groundbreaking feature, but it solves a real everyday problem. It would make the app feel more reliable and flexible, especially for people who spend most of their workday away from a stable internet connection.
