Are infants free with American Airlines?
Yes, as the small infant who doesn't travel in a seat but travels on the lap of their parents, they will not be charged. However, if they are traveling in their seat, then they will be charged as per the regular fare. On the other hand, as per the American Airlines Infant Policy, on international flights, they will have to pay some percentage of the total fare of that route.
