When I went to Quick Books online I just assumed it would be much like my 2013 desk top Quick Books! Now I see there is no way for me to track my technicians mileage and the invoicing is really bad with no way to change font size or darken it! With the bold template part of our company name doesn't appear. Very disappointed so far! Also the reports where I could sales by customer or item detailed doesn't seem to be an option!

Let us track mileage inside qbo. It is essential for my company.
Let us add markups without notifying the customer that we did it.
Make it easier to use. The reports need to be a better list like the 2011 version.

include mileage in all versions. As a small business owner I don't have any other employees and don't need to track much, but I'm keeping track of mileage in a different spreadsheet.
