I and my clients use the vehicle tracking feature in QB desktop - it's an easy and convenient way to track our mileage. I would love to see this feature added to QBO and especially the QBO mobile app. This is a basic feature for many of us small business owners who need to track our mileage and have a convenient, easy way to enter into our QBO file. Waze is an existing satnav app that is awesome, it already calculates your journey miles / time, you could speak with them about integrating Quickbooks it would be easy, Once setup have an extra button atted to the UI that says "add journey to QB" this then sends the journey across to QB, then have a section in QB to add the journey to customers invoice / sales receipt.
this would be a huge selling point for anyone who has to bill fuel or travels alot and uses fuel tracking for tax purposes.
This would also help accountants monitor customers fuel

Mileage Tracking (billable and non-billable) It's important to bring this ability into QBO as in Desktop and necessary to excellent record keeping. Bring mileage tracking and reports in.

I agree- it's fundamental to my tax year calculations that I am able to offset the miles I do against the tax I pay.

Need a way to track mileage for expense and tax purposes. Would love to have this in a mobile app and just have it add it to QB online. More apps or 3rd party does not make my life easier.

The lack of a dedicated mileage tracking page is the single largest hole in Quickbooks.

Track mileage! At a very minimum, on expenses, I should be able to simply input the number of miles and have quickbooks automatically apply the current IRS mileage price into the expense tracker. Even better if the mobile app would use the GPS and allow for tracking while on a sales call or site visit.
