What happened to mileage tracking? In the desktop version, I was able to track my mileage for multiple vehicles whether or not the mileage was reimbursable. Apparently the online version has left out this important feature.

As a customer of quickbooks online, I would really like to ask to please integrate the mile tracker to all the versions of quickbooks. I don't think it's fair that only those with the self-employed version get to have this feature, given that it is one of the lowest-paid tiers of the program. Thanks, hope you guys make it happen!

The name of our business is Sports Medicine Associates. Our business requires our employees/contracts to travel outside the city for different events. Which means that they get reimbursed for mileage. However, Quickbooks currently will ONLY allow the employees/contract workers to submit hours. Is it an unreasonable request to provide a function that allows the employee/contract workers to submit their time worked as well as reimbursed mileage? The is a major aspect of our business. Our employees must be paid for their hours worked AND travel, for the same date they have worked. It is very inefficient for our employees/contracts to create two separate accounts. As the company administrator, my whole goal is to improve the productivity of our business. By allowing our employees/contract workers to submit their hours worked AND gas reimbursement simultaneously, I can easily add both to a customers invoice. I hope this makes sense. I really would appreciate your swift response.

Hi Guys, since the SELF-EMPLOYED is the cheapest subscription you guys have, it would be a great idea to make the Mileage Tracker available to all subscriptions for QuickBooks Online.

I would like to add my voice to those QBO users who are requesting the ability to track mileage for tax accounting purposes (not for customer billing purposes). This feature is available in the windows version of Quick Books and I used it often. However, I was very disappointed to learn that it is not available in QBO. Please, please, please consider adding this enhancement soon! Thank you!

I really would like to see the mileage tracker available for my QuickBooks Online Essentials, Plus, etc..clients. Without it, it is very difficult to sell my services when the "do it yourself option" has more applicable features.

Business mileage expense tracking.
This system needs to include a way to calculate and track business mileage expense. This is a significant items for REALTORS and other sole practitioners, and must be tracked in order to monitor profitability and for tax preparation.

I would like a way to track my business mileage automatically via the QBO app on my iphone. currently have no method of doing that, and the QB App store only has Fleet solutions.

Just converted from desktop version to online and there is no mileage tracker available. Would appreciate having this tool available. Thank you.

Column for "Pay at a job rate" (ie: cleaning work 11$/hr and Overnight shift at 8$/hr)

I pay my employees different rates for different things they do. Yet QBO is not good enough to handle that.

TRACK MILAGE This should have been in here from day one. just a simple millage log like was in Pro. of which we can assign parts of the trip to a job, and select a car/truck that did that miles. optional would be to assign that miles as billable.

We need a place to add our vehicle mileage. This is so important, to us and many others.
