USVI Payroll tax tables
Quickbooks Payroll should support ALL US states and Territories including the USVI. The package is pretty useless unless I can get support for the Payroll module in USVI.

We need to be able to use more than one Payroll Wage Expense Account for employees based on a percentage that we would enter. Example: John works 75% of his time in administration and 25% of his time in manufacturing. I would like to be able to use two or more wage expense accounts for gross wages.

The never ending cascade of problems
I have used QB Online for years, but I have had to migrate 2 business in the last few years from desktop to online. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE CONSTANT CASCADE OF NEW PROBLEMS WITH FEATURES THAT ARE FOUNDATIONAL. Today I went to prepare my quarterly tax payments and prepare W2's. Problem - some of my tax payments don't show up, like WA State Workmens Comp and my 4th quarter 941 filing and the accompanying Schedule B, and I can't print out the worksheets for any of the payments that do show up. The W2's are no where to be found.…

Quickbooks Online Payroll - Autosubmitted Our W-2s
I don't know how it happened, but I was trying to file our W-2s and they weren't appearing in the Payroll Tax Center as all help/troubleshooting/support was guiding and telling me to go (I've been doing this for 12 years, and it's always there).
Got to talk to Remi via the online support chat, and they asked me to log out and log back in (which I had previously done twice before contacting the customer support chat).
I reluctantly log back out and log back in, and the W-2s appeared in the Payroll Tax Center!
BUT, they were automatically filed…

Assign or unassign payroll pay schedules to multiple employees at once.
We should be able to go into Gear menu> Payroll Settings> Select 'Pay Schedules' and see our default pay schedule and click on it to see all employees assigned to that payschedule. There should be an option to unassign or assign employees to a new schedule without having to go into each separate employee and select the new schedule on the drop down. It should be a setting in Payroll Settings.

The system should allow more than one person to work in payroll at a time. For it to make me wait thirty minutes to get into my employee profiles just because our accountant ran a payroll detail report is ridiculous.
