USVI Payroll tax tables
Quickbooks Payroll should support ALL US states and Territories including the USVI. The package is pretty useless unless I can get support for the Payroll module in USVI.

The only option to send code when editing an employee is only through cellphone. Can you add an email or the authenticator app? Thanks

Location Department tracking in Quickbooks Payroll
You can designate a CLASS in Payroll but we need LOCATION/DEPARTMENT also. I've got two locations at my business and I can't track location for wages.

Allow more than one person to work in payroll at a time
The system should allow more than one person to work in payroll at a time. For it to make me wait thirty minutes to get into my employee profiles just because our accountant ran a payroll detail report is ridiculous.

The never ending cascade of problems
I have used QB Online for years, but I have had to migrate 2 business in the last few years from desktop to online. I CANNOT BELIEVE THE CONSTANT CASCADE OF NEW PROBLEMS WITH FEATURES THAT ARE FOUNDATIONAL. Today I went to prepare my quarterly tax payments and prepare W2's. Problem - some of my tax payments don't show up, like WA State Workmens Comp and my 4th quarter 941 filing and the accompanying Schedule B, and I can't print out the worksheets for any of the payments that do show up. The W2's are no where to be found.…

Quickbooks Online Payroll - Autosubmitted Our W-2s
I don't know how it happened, but I was trying to file our W-2s and they weren't appearing in the Payroll Tax Center as all help/troubleshooting/support was guiding and telling me to go (I've been doing this for 12 years, and it's always there).
Got to talk to Remi via the online support chat, and they asked me to log out and log back in (which I had previously done twice before contacting the customer support chat).
I reluctantly log back out and log back in, and the W-2s appeared in the Payroll Tax Center!
BUT, they were automatically filed…

Do not require filing specific payroll taxes if all employees are exempt for that tax.
All employees at my company are exempt from paying state payroll taxes. As such, I have checked the exempt boxes for all employees. The problem is QBO still automatically creates tasks and filings for those taxes even though all employees are exempt. The tasks and filings jam up my feeds and I miss important alerts.
I would like to request QBO only create tasks and filings for taxes if there are non-exempt employees. Otherwise, do not create them.

Separate Pay Rate Lines attached to different LNI codes
Construction companies whom have employees completing separate job descriptions per their Labor and Industries rates need to be able to have separate hourly rates, and hour boxes linked directly to the LNI rates provided by the state. I have one employee whom completes clerical work, and does for example painting, interior and exterior construction along with roofing. All of these job descriptions have extremely different LNI rates, the system should allow us to enter the broken down hours between each job rate and hourly rate instead of having to pay one rate on all of the hours when it is…

Drivers license info fields in payroll
It would be nice to have fields for drivers license information in the employee profile. So many employers use drivers license information for I-9 verification of citizenship and also for insurance purposes, so fields for DL number, state, and expiration date would be helpful.

Assign or unassign payroll pay schedules to multiple employees at once.
We should be able to go into Gear menu> Payroll Settings> Select 'Pay Schedules' and see our default pay schedule and click on it to see all employees assigned to that payschedule. There should be an option to unassign or assign employees to a new schedule without having to go into each separate employee and select the new schedule on the drop down. It should be a setting in Payroll Settings.

Automatically autofill the next payroll check numbers based on the previous payroll check number used.
Right now, we have the option after submitting payroll to enter in the starting payroll check number and click the (blue) autofill option. However, this should be automated - QuickBooks should remember the last paycheck number used on the last payroll and automatically input that number for us.

Better escalation
Intuit customer service is lacking in an ability to efficiently escalate issues with Intuit Online Payroll and Quickbooks Online Payroll. I spent about 50 chat sessions trying to get a simple access issue fixed. Most of the people that I got ahold of I had explain the problem from scratch, I was disconnected and had to reconnect with someone else and had to repeat everything I had said. I was unable to get someone on the phone. The IVR would just direct me to online chat sessions. There was two people in this experience that actually had some knowledge/experience that…

Show if Payslips have been individually emailed to emplyees
I have 10 employees. I normally email their payslip after finalising a payrun. While I was in the process of selecting each person individually and clicking on "email", the phone rang and I lost concentration. I am not sure if the employee I had on the screen in front of me had been "emailed" their payslip. why is there no way of knowing either by a flag against each employee's payslip entry or by something in the Audit Log? BAD DESIGN!!

Social Security Expemptions
We need to have access to remove the social security deduction from an employee in Online QuickBooks. On the desktop version this was very easy and something i could do myself. Now, with online i have to call support every time i get a new employee and ask them to remove the deduction from the employee because the system wont allow me to do it myself. This is extremely frustrating especially when the support staff states they have removed the deduction but in all reality they hadn't, causing issues for my company. Integration for Quickbooks Payroll on mobile app in the UK
There is an app to be able to process payroll from both Android and iOS but it is not integrated with the UK quickbooks, it seems to be only in the US. This needs to be available in the UK aswell, I find especially that the price for Payroll is going up in April - we should be able to have that efficiency and flexibility to use Quickbooks payroll on a mobile app, like we can everything else.
