Recurring Reminders
Prior to the upgrade this fall, when I used recurring reminders they appeared in a list on the Get Things Done Dashboard. Once I edited or created an invoice or bill, the reminder was no longer on the Get things Done listing, which was a very good control for workflow. Now, I have to manually go back in and skip the reminder to remove it from the list. Not a very helpful tool. Please restore old functionality. reports improvements in modern view
To make modern view more functional, the following would be very helpful.
-ability to create and edit headings, adjust font
-ability to print directly from the report (as was the standard in classic view)
-ability to set repeating reports (I always sort a certain timeline, don't auto set to today)1 vote -

Customer Refund
Customer refund that posts to the customer list as a positive number to offset the Payments. Also posts as a debit to undeposited funds.

QBO Slow to Respond - Site Lags
Good Afternoon,
I'm here to complain about the lagging and time it takes to do simple tasks in QBO. My billing process takes a lot longer than it should because of the lag I experience when trying to create an invoice. My monthly subscription cost keeps going up, but this site keeps slowing down. I've visited other sites just to make sure it's not my computer or internet connection, and everything else seems to work fine except QBO.

Report Module - Folders shared across users
When creating custom reports, a user can create a new folder for the custom reports to be organized in but a different user on the company is unable to see the same folder setup. Currently QBO does not allow a user to add folders either. I use this feature to set up folders for Audit Reports, Monthly Close Reports, etc. and having the ability for other users on my team to use the same folder organization would be helpful

Being able to import data into QBO from Wave would be a real time-saver.
Being able to import data into QBO from Wave would be a real time-saver. We used to be able to import journal entries, which was helpful, but that option is no longer available in the Import Data screen.

Need multiple independent approvers on Purchase Orders
Need to have both head of engineering and quality review and approve all purchase orders before being issued. This requires two separate independent approvals so an "and" situation not an "either/or".

I would like to download a detailed trial balance showing the opening balance, transactions during the period and the closing balance. This is very useful for audit purposes.

Trial Balance by "Tax Reporting Year" for those with Fiscal Year <> Tax Year
The issue we face is the tax year may differ from fiscal year of company. The Trial Balance report does not have an option to run the TB for the "Prior Tax Reporting Year". Currently, I have to manually create a trial balance by running the calendar year and the period of prior fiscal year that rolled into retained earnings, so I can back it out of the BS and manually build a TB for the 12/31 period.
Ideally one would align these reporting years, but many do not and I think this feature is important to have in QBO.

Receiving purchase orders
A purchase order is created and sent to my vendor. Let's say I order 100 products and my supplier only sends 50 of them because they are out of stock. When I go to receive the items against the purchase order I have to one by one delete each item from the bill that didn't arrive. This is extremely time-consuming and could easily be fixed with a simple checkbox next to each item. If there was a checkbox I could check the items that arrived and uncheck the ones that have not arrived yet. Please put a checkbox on purchase…
