Payment options won’t load
The green circle just spins and spins. Nothing ever loads to move forward with payment. I’ve been trying to pay and invoice for weeks now! I’m sure the merchant is not happy with this service.

Be able to pay less than the full amount
Sometimes people need to be able to make a payment towards the invoice would be nice if they could do that instead of being forced to pay the full amount as the only option

It won’t quit spinning, I’m unable to make the payment.
I need to pay my bills on time but it won’t work!! Please fix ASAP! It just spins and never loads, I have paid this way for more than a year and just recently having major problems

Display "paid" invoice after payment
Your system used to display the "paid" copy of the invoice automatically after processing payment, which made it easy to print. Now it only offers the receipt for printing

50% payment option (when approved)
Amanda approved my 50% payment today and the other 50% payment in 30 days. However, your invoice checkout does not allow for a 50% payment. I can understand that option not always being available but when this has been approved by Enoch Air, it would be helpful (to you and me) if Amanda could queue something into my particular invoice that would allow this apparently custom transaction.

This website is awful! Each month I have to keep coming back to try & pay the bill. The slowness is awful!
