My girlfriend has our account under her name and so the monthly invoice is sent to her email and I have to constantly remind her to forward the invoice to me for payment. It would make paying for your service so much easier if I could get a copy of our invoice sent directly to me.

URGENT - MANY CLIENTS MISS THIS BUTTON
THIS IS SO STRANGE... I love quickbooks online and find it largely very well laid out, easy to use, email invoices, get paid. All great
But it's so weird that a VERY IMPORTANT BUTTON HIDDEN IN PLANE SIGHT. there is something about the VIEW INVOICE Button that very few folks see.
I mean like more than 50% of clients click on the link, see the number for an invoice and then email back asking for more information and details. They are missing seeing the breakdown of costs, the math and the individual charges.

attach receipt
An integral part of my work requires that I attach receipt from travels and purchases in my Invoices. With the new template update, they have removed that ability. I need this to be reinstated so that I can attach a PDF receipt along with the Invoice receipt to clients.

More options to pay with no extra fees.
We should be able to pay either way with no extra fees. It simpler and handy. The back account is not al way available and nowadays we use credit cards or Apple Pay for almost everything.

Need way to copy invoice link for my own message
I'm trying to chase down clients who owe invoices. I need a way to get a link to an online invoice that I can send to the client.
To be clear, I don't want the existing features. Downloading a PDF will exclude the option for my client to pay the invoice through the integrated QB Payments. And having QB send a reminder directly is also bad, as the client doesn't use email very much and doesn't see those reminders. I need a link to an online invoice, but which I can send through the clients preferred communication channels.

Invoice link sent via email is not HTTPS
It's like you guys are begging for a MITM link-hijacking attack. Also, having to create an account to send feedback is just another friction point that will keep people from telling you what's wrong.

The eft fees are so uncompetitive that it forces one to pay by check. Bad for you Intuit
No one charges the same fee for both credit cards and eft transfers… I guess except Quickbooks. Really poor idea and bad for both the customer and the merchant . Greedy on the part of Intuit when we know the clearing house fees are something like $0.25 per transaction. Guess you don’t think the users of Quickbooks know this.

New Estimate Layout
I have several small changes to request:
Estimate email format (Modern) is centered - should be left aligned.

Mail the invoice with a return address
Not everyone has access to a printer. I need a copy for tax purposes. Also, the invoice can get lost in email. If you could provide an address to send the check to, that would be helpful. Not all banks do Apple Pay. That includes Bank Prov.
