You, QB, applied a p
You, QB, applied a previous payment to the wrong Invoice. When there are 2 invoices on an account, you should know where each payment should be applied. This required a separate and inconvenient payment by me. You should be better than this.

The Apple Pay button does not work on your site unless I can’t check out as a guest. If I have to make an account and give you any of my data I’m gonna be pissed

why in the world does the payment page block auto-fill capabilities?! Now I have to go find my credit card and enter in 20 digits? You're creating payments friction and therefore conversion problems for your paying customers. Your PM should be put on blast.

stop using acronyms
stop using acronyms and abbreviations on documents you want the public to understand. It's photons, not ink, so you are not saving anything by using only the first letter of words. Use the full words on things you want the public to fully understand!

The constant adding
The constant adding of levels of "security" log-ins, passwords and phone access for passing "codes" is ridiculous.

The option for PayPa
The option for PayPal and Venmo is no longer there even though all payment types are enabled. I’ve talked with QB theee times and even though they logged in and could see all payment types were enabled it still isn’t working. They said there was already a ticket. I called back a week later and was told they were working on it. Then not ten minutes after my call I received an email that said everything was working fine. It’s still not fixed and my customers cannot pay with PayPal when I’ve been using it for them for two years…
