  3. Month identification

    I think I just paid a bill twice for October! And then paid for November. Payment was supposed to be for November and December. I realize what's confusing: the bill number doesn't show the month you are paying for. Someone please check this out! Is there a way to see my payment history? Thank you.   4. Please set up like debit card was with this check I got also.

    When The Lawn Team asked me to start paying with my checkbook instead of debit card I have to go in every time to fill out routing info and account number. Be nice if it was set up to where when I entered it, I wouldn’t have to do it every single month over and over again.

  6. "An unexpected error has occurred." is an unacceptable manner of saying "this vendor does not accept AMEX." Wasting my time!

    I entered my amex card 5 times... same error... "An unexpected error has occurred." and I tried it both as a credit card and a debit card. So I give up and try my master card... and it works... So I google search for "Intuit won't accept AMEX" and I find this link...

    so apparently vendors can remove the ability to pay with Amex, but Intuit coders can't craft a user friendly error message to let us know why our payment can't be processed...

    Makes me glad I didn't choose intuit for my customers to pay us.

  11. Being able to use your own email address when sending invoices for example "accounts@company.co.uk" rather than quickbooks one.

    When sending an invoice quickbooks shows you as display name but uses a quickbooks email address can we have the option to use our own company email so it allows customers to directly respond if they have queries etc?

  20. Show total amount due. Not just current amount.

    On the occasion my bill is late the invoice does not reflect this. It only shows the current amount due for that month. If my bill is late one or more months the invoice does not show the total amount due it only shows the current amount due. When I clicked on pay invoice it showed only one month was due so I only paid one month when I actually owed several months.
