Where's Shipping Address Column
When choosing which columns to display, when viewing the customer's "Transaction List" Tab, you used to have an option to click a box to display the "Shipping Address" as one of the column choices. Please reinstate this option.

From Search enable Go To Customer/Vendor
When you do a search for a key word you know is associated with a customer or Vendor, it will take you to a list of transactions. Frequently from the list I will want to view other items, similar to one I chose. If I want to got to the customer from there to access other items in the their transactions list, it would be useful to have the ability to click on the customer name to go to the customer or on the transaction number to go to that specific transaction number to go to that particular transaction. Couldn’t tell I was done and didn’t get receipt.
Provide receipt and confirm payment is complete. Now you ask me questions about my experience and call it invoice online checkout. I should be able to clearly tell that I am finished and a receipt should be provided.

Embrace PayPal. Nobody wants to open themselves up by submitting their account information. Get it together!

Zipcode is not a very international-friendly option
As many others here pointed out, it’s impossible to pay with a debit or credit card when you don’t live in the US... sorry, we can’t pay. We’ve only got four-digit zipcodes in Norway, Denmark etc.
