1. Paying is difficult

   Every time I get a bill from intuit and click pay, it spins for several minutes then when connects it times out. This frustrates me and my service providers efforts to transact business

2. On invoice, it would be helpful to have not only the due date but the service dates – the dates that cover this payment

7. How about you let me pay invoices with my credit card? Unable to pay!

16. Like payment actually working without an error

    Would be great if I could make a payment on an invoice using a bank account and not just getting an error message telling me to try again later!

18. Credit card invoice, anything. Of all the bills i pay this one is the biggest pain and hassle

    Credit card, quarterly invoices. Anything besides what you are doing now. I pay a million bills per month and this one is such a hassle that i consider not even using your company anymore bc of it
