Excellent service! Ballistic Marine Service completed the 100-hour service on my three Suzuki 300 outboards right at my home while the boat was on the lift. I attempted to pay b
I attempted to pay by bank transfer. Your system said it was declined, which was false. I then paid by PayPal, which directly accessed the same bank account. It went through. This not operationally acceptable.

I had to use my pers
I had to use my personal cell phone to have the code sent to us - our business phone is a landline so it cannot receive texts/codes for verification. Email would be a good alternative, but I did not see that as an option.
