  3. We had poor luck uploading invoice on our computer. No problems on the mobile. Must be able to work on desktops as well.

    We had very poor luck uploading invoice on our desktop. No problem on mobile but intuit should work out kinks on desktop access. Should work across all.

  7. Like payment actually working without an error

    Would be great if I could make a payment on an invoice using a bank account and not just getting an error message telling me to try again later!

  9. Batch Bills Entry

    When entering the bills through the "Batch Transaction" the screen should act like the rest of the entry screens. This process is supposed to be faster and it is WAY slower.
    1. To bring up the screen is way slow
    2. Let me take off the fields I don't need so I enter faster. i.e. I don't need location.
    3. When you enter the first letters of the vendor and the name populates you should be able to hit Tab to go to the next field, this would be consistent with your other screens. As it stands now I have…

  10. The page takes 100 years to load. Or just doesn’t. I don’t have 100 years to wait.

    I’m about ready to give up using your system as it just will. not. load. I don’t know if you need to increase capacity on your server or what but I know it’s not my internet!

  11. Have customer pay credit card fees and have it show up in invoice.

    This might be an incentive for them to pay using their bank account, which I’d prefer anyway because some credit card fees are $100+ per transaction. It really adds up! So when they click to use credit card, make them aware that they’ll also be paying 2.9% + $.25.

  13. Having to type long account and routing numbers is AWFUL. TOTALLY AWFUL.

    For Pete's sake remove the "can not paste into field" nonsense. Having to type in an account and routing number every time is AWFUL and totally prone to error. AWFUL. REMOVE IT. Why, why would you hamstring a device's capability this way? No...don't bother trying to explain it. There is no good reason. REMOVE THE RESTRICTION.

  18. "An unexpected error has occurred." is an unacceptable manner of saying "this vendor does not accept AMEX." Wasting my time!

    I entered my amex card 5 times... same error... "An unexpected error has occurred." and I tried it both as a credit card and a debit card. So I give up and try my master card... and it works... So I google search for "Intuit won't accept AMEX" and I find this link...

    so apparently vendors can remove the ability to pay with Amex, but Intuit coders can't craft a user friendly error message to let us know why our payment can't be processed...

    Makes me glad I didn't choose intuit for my customers to pay us.

  20. I spent almost two hours just trying to login hard I do not like this

    There needs to be another way to help login faster as it was very frustrating for me 2 hours or more.. intrunit added a bunch of numbers on the end of my Yahoo account. I figured out that you have to copy and paste that exact information in order to login plus the correct password for their account I don't know it was very frustrating and very To login. Intrude tax account frustrating 2 hours at least I've been trying to login I hate this intruit... I don't like it awful
