Better Communication

Subcustomers on invoice
We want to see the subcustomers information (job name) along with the billing address to the main customer on the invoice. The customer needs to know which job they are paying for.

How do I dispute an invoice?
We paid an invoice and just found out that it did not go to the intended company. We were asked to dispute it, but do not see a way to do that.

Improve Credit Card Payment
I cannot update my credit card, and the amount of hours tried and the amount of emails sent and the amount of hours spent in support chats is INSANE. I hope you can solve this. I would hate to change provider.

LInks in new users emails are not working

Stuck in old create invoice layout
My create an invoice page has inexplicably reverted to the old layout with no option to return to the new create invoice layout. Totally stuck and its very frustrating!
