3. Invoices either don’t load, or take forever to load. Figure out how to fix that.

5. Get rid of the stupid black boxes

14. Make the amount due clearer. There is an amount on the top and another on the bottom. Allow way to pay thru mail with card!!

    Make any due clearer and not different amounts on top and bottom of invoice. Make clearer what insurance has paid. Remove the “unpaid previous garages” unless ou explain what it does and does not include. Most importantly have a way to pay via mail with health savings acount. It took me two calls and several days just to get an email sent from you so I could pay you!
