Stop asking for CVV on saved payment methods!
I intentionally saved my card as a payment method so I don't have to keep it on hand and enter it every time but when you insist on asking for the CVV on saved payment methods it negates that entire "saved payment method" functionality because I have to find my stupid card to get the CVV for it. I have an account, I saved my card with all details entered, use my saved information.

Installment payments on the invoice
Our business runs on 3 installment payment. Deposit, Equipment and Final. I want to set these installment prices too. Every time I send an invoice, they don’t realize they can change the amount. So they end up “accidentally” paying the entire balance and then I have to refund it and go through the process all over again. We should be able to arrange however many payments/different amounts on each invoice.

If you continue to ask for feedback from customers, allow voting for changes suggested by customers and also actually making changes, which you have, this payment system will keep getting better. When switching between credit and debit card types, don't erase the data I've filled into the form.
The payment page comes up as a debit card by default. Often, I miss this and want to choose credit but have already filled in the card details. Switching to credit causes the form to be cleared. Please don't do this, keep the data I've entered.

Payment by echeck is safe and convenient. Why would you punish people paying their bill on time ?
Paying by check or cash is not only inconvenient it is a huge step backwards!!! I seldom make it to the post office let alone the 42 miles round trip to your office. Please reconsider charging me extra for paying my bill on time every time.
