Go back to viewmypaychekcs
The fact that the new workforce.intuit replacement for viewmypaycheck is not working, means it should have never been released. It took 45 minutes for QB to try to send invites, which did not happen and no one can tell me why. I do not like having to sign in as admin to send one new employee an invite. I do not like having to send invites at all as it takes me away from doing other things. Then having to wait almost an hour for it to respond is unacceptable. This is time consuming and the software/website does not work. Fix it immediately. I will be shopping other accounting software today.
I totally agree. This should have never been released. It takes 2+ hours for it to "load" employees, then nothing happens. I have not been able to send invites yet and having to go back to printing pay stubs. Very, very frustrated. We are looking at new software as well.

I agree, we are a third party company that processes payroll across multiple locations which means we have multiple files. The ability to sign in as admin has really damaged the ability to do this. I can't as the admin go in every week and invite our clients new hires as I am constantly traveling. This feature is just not usable. Has anyone found a better solution?
Having to enable and disable ActiveX controls is not smart either. Most of us who use QuickBooks do not want to get into the IE settings and change them. Then having to change them back to protect our PCs is yet more time away from running a business. This will require me to contact tech support each time I want to send an invite.
