  1. Get new engineers

    Everything about your new workforce website is broke and your customer service keeps saying the engineers are working on it. Really for months and months. It not a difficult issue. Are you using SQL database? Why can’t anyone fix this issue? Fire you whole team and start over and the issue will be fixed in less then one week. Your mission statement does not apply to the new workforce paycheck website. Sorry to say that you fail big time. I wish you all could really understand what we are all experiencing but it seems your company really does not care…

  2. Multiple companies under one login for viewing paystubs

    It is my understanding that the new workforce will not allow for viewing multiple companies' stubs under one login like the view my paystubs allowed. We have 10 affiliated companies and it would be more convenient to be able to view all 10 companies under one login for those employees receiving pay from all 10.

  3. I haven’t been able to look at my paycheck for two pay periods now. I can login w/ my password but-I can’t see anything

    When I try to login with my email address it won’t let me login. I try to login with my username instead and it works- it see the page pop up for 3 seconds then it has some message telling that refreshing my page would fix the problem. I refresh and refresh but I still can’t access the page.

  4. is this available to qucikbooks desktop version as well?

    I used to have access before, but my employer is not using de online version, is this available to everyone or only to Quickbooks Online?

  5. Make it work

    Your quickbooks workforce does not work and your "technical" people haven't been able to fix it for months. This needs to be fixed, employees are very upset.

  6. This needs to be fixed!!

    This has caused huge issues for Payroll and new employees can NOT get enrolled. Even some existing employees no longer have access. At the very least a support phone number and not just a chat support option...

  7. When I go to Workforce.Intuit.com it says Your employer isn’t connected to QuickBooks Payroll. Contact them to access your paycheck.

    We are no longer able to see paychecks on Workforce. Very annoying - go back to the way it was on paychecks.com

  8. GO BACK TO VIEWMYPAYCHECK!!!

    Workforce is extra work and logins to send invitations and doesn't provide any additional benefits from ViewMyPaycheck. It's one of the top of the list of things that are ultimate FRUSTRATION!

  11. Check stubs and W2s we have Desktop. Payroll for 10. Change to workforce and only one employee showing up. Where is our payroll?

    I need my dashboard for our company payroll. Desktop 2019 and only 1 employee shows up. Used since 2012. Poor roll out of this product. Cannot find a support number. Chat nothing. I need a telephone number.

  12. Create a "payroll administrator" to invite employees

    In companies where the administrator is the owner who is not available to send invitation and does not want to share administrator password.
    Unfortunately in our company, new employees are not able to join Workforce due to that reason. Allowing another use "payroll administrator" to send invitations will solve the problem.

  15. Paystub notificaitons

    Workforce immediately sends notifications to employees the moment I post payroll. Sometimes payroll needs to be adjusted before the direct deposit goes out, and employees receiving multiple emails is stirring up confusion. It would be ideal if an employer could choose the day that the notifications are sent out, or at least have them sent out when the actual funds are transferred rather than immediately after the payroll is run.

  18. Fix View my paycheck

    Don't close the case without fixing the problem. After 4 pay periods it still says check back after I receive my first paycheck.

  20. make it work - this has not worked for months

    this has not worked since you forced our company to switch to workforce instead of view my paycheck and your tech support has known about the issue for 3-4 months now. this should be illegal.
