  2. Budget vs. Actual Report YTD or with Custom Dates

    Hello,

    I would like to be able to generate a report that shows budget vs actual for a custom date range. The current Budget vs. Actual report shows budget total for the entire year even, but that gets compared to actuals YTD... Ultimately, this is unhelpful because if i have anything budgeted in the remainder of the year, it doesn't add up or compare. Being able to see what the budget is YTD would be a huge improvement to this functionality, to be able to see how my business is doing so far.

  3. Ability to enter markup on estimates.

    Need the ability to enter a markup for each line item on an estimate. This function is available in Desktop and is much need in QBO.

  4. Send remittance advice directly from QuickBooks

    Add feature that would allow remittance advices to be sent directly from the QuickBooks interface. Also, consider ability to customise advice form.

  6. Allow Custom Forms to be assigned to a customer

    The current Custom forms requires us to pick the custom form for each account on each invoice - error prone. Allow us to assign a custom form to each supplier / customer. We can always override with customize option each time but this would eliminate many errors of omission in QBO.

  7. Ability to add customers phone number to an invoice

    So currently I keep being told by QB to add customer phone numbers to the bottom of the address to get it to come out on the invoice - ridiculous suggestion which I am catagorically not doing for thousands of customer... I pay a subscription so I am certainly not doing extra work because they cant be bothered to add what is a simple, easy to implement feature. Never before have I received an invoice which doesnt have my phone number on it. Its costing me hours a month having to log in, search customer account, find phone number.

  10. Mark invoice as sent

    We upload alot of our invoices to suppliers Payment systems, Would be good to be able to mark an invoice as sent, if the invoice is printed and posted or emailed outside of Quickbooks. Instead of having to email it to myself to mark it as sent.

  11. Add a NAME column on selected Projects

    Please add NAME as a column option under individually selected Projects. You can currently select extremely random things like Status to display, but can't tell what company/vendor/sub the transaction is for. I've attached a picture of how one of our Projects and its transactions display. It would be extremely helpful to look at this list and immediately see who the Purchase Orders are made out to, or which vendor the Bills and Vendor Credits are from, without manually opening every single one of them to find out.

    It would be great to be able to integrate a electronic signature to the estimates. (Like DocuSign) to show our customers are agreeing to the estimates emailed.

  13. add functionality to submit CIS suffered to HMRC through an EPS

    EPS can already be submitted to HMRC for other reasons using QB online. QB can run a report of CIS suffered but I have to use 3rd party software to submit a CIS suffered EPS to HMRC.

  16. Assign a location to specific Products and Services

    The option to pull up an Inventory by Location report is currently unavailable since QBO can't assign a location to specific products and services. It would be awesome if this could be added. Thanks!

  17. Make old closed bank l accounts INACTIVE.

    Make old closed or zero balance bank accounts completely inactive, do not let transactions post to a bank account that’s inactive. Once you choose to make an account(any type of account or item) inactive, then do NOT let that account be used. I closed my bank account and started a new one, I even set up my new account for federal tax payments and QB online keeps posting them to my closed account, I have to manually change it over every time.

    quickbooks is useless for running a small manufacturing company. Surely there has only been 10,000 requests about a work order function.
