Make sure you have correct running balances each invoice
If I owe money from the previous month - include that to the present invoice! Presently, it isn’t being that way for me. My statement will say that I owe for the month and that’s entered as my balance owed - which is incorrect because I didn’t pay last months payment. So the correct balance should be twice the monthly payment owed. Accounting 101! Thanks!

The bility to pay larger amounts.
It only allows me to pay 49,999 at a time. Is there a way i could pay full amount at one time.

Add a memo or comment field
Need a field to allow addition of comments such as for partial payment (Paid for items x,y,z, or Under conditions of X)

I would like to see my name and address on the online payment confirmation, the receipt and the email payment confirmation.
Presently these documents only show the last four digits of the credit card and an invoice number, which changes every billing period.

Send the receipt to payee's email address, not have it just be printable in the moment.
Please change the receipt system so the payer has an option to send the receipt to their email address, not just have to print the receipt in the moment, as that's not always possible. Thank you.

Need to see all outstanding invoices for a specific company
In My Account, add the company into a directory where I can see all paid and unpaid invoices. It is hard to reconcile without it from a payer point of view, and it appears forward balances do not add to the next invoice. Also, it would be good to see and dispute charges on an invoice or select which invoices you want to pay.

This is the 3rd time I've paid this vendor, getting a response that it has been paid only to find out it never registered and is still due.
Having to input my routing and checking numbers every month is archaic and not efficient. It's the same process as signing up for direct deposit every month. Ridiculous.
