Unable to accept credit card, had to add to paypal and remove.
The error for credit cards after I signed in still prevailed. I had to add a card to paypal and will remove it after payment.
If you are going to use paypal, use all of the other online payments: Zelle, Square and Venmo for direct transfers and payments.

listen to your feedback!!! Everyone has the same two ideas. Why aren't you listening!!!
Like, if QuickBooks would listen to the users and act on the feedback, this would be a much better place.

multi bill payment
When making payment to vendor's bills, I used to be able to pay for multiple bills in 1 payment, by clicking on the 'bulk-tick' box above the individual bill boxes. Now the 'bulk-tick' box cannot be clicked, and I have a vendor with almost 1000 over bills every month. I am not sure why. But I used to be able to 'bulk-tick' the bills, now it cannot be clicked. Pls solve this issue as I don't really wish to be ticking 1000 over bills manually, and it's quite stupid to be doing that. Thanks.

EMAIL INVOCE TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS WITH MY NAME ON IT
Please email invoice as initially agreed, to my email address, and will
appreciate more timely mailings. In past the invoice has been months
late with wrong address, resulting in no gardening service.

add client name and confimation before payment is processed.
add client name to stored payment info and have an confimation button, before paying. I have had some accidents paying the incorrect invoice, with a different clients account, there is ZERO way to cancel a payment once made.

Require that I verify the amount I'm paying.
I accidentally sent more than intended. This would be an easy fix if you made me verify the amount I am paying. It defaults to the full amount. This caused me much grief.

The due date shows a date that is earlier than the date that I received the invoice.
Send your invoices out before the stated due date.

Payment options
Be able to pay multiple invoices that are submitted by the vendor on Intuit. Its ridiculous to have to sign out and sign back in for every invoice, even the ones that come from the same vendor!!

I used to be able to adjust the amount I pay so I can pay quarterly. I am no longer able to adjust it and have to pay monthly. Change it back, please. :-)

Could not reduce the invoice to $500.00 so I could pay in two chuncks--Did not make me happy.
Kevin-tried to do what we talked about. System doesn't work. Wound up paying full $1,000.00. This did not make me happy. Changed a lot of planning. It is done. I will make work. You need to understand your system better, that will allow you to explain to your clients better how to adjust the invoice for multiple payments.
