A massive hole is the lack of ability to set up autopay. I get the same month that invoice and would really to you just have it set up to autopay.

You should set up the option for people to pay their invoices through their Pay Pal account.
You really should setup for people to pay their invoices from their Pay Pal account. With today's society filled with hackers, most people are not in favor of giving out their banking information, their credit card information or their debit card information online, for any hacker to capture. At least with Pay Pal, they verify the payee with you before they pay them and the only way that someone could get into Pay Pal is if they have an account.

SINCE MOSTOF THE CLIENTS OF EXPAT TAXATION ARE OVERSEAS, THE "ZIP CODE" REQUEST IN THE PQYMENT SECTION IS STUPID. WE DON'T HAVE ZIP CODES-
TRY AN ALPHA NUMERIC POSTAL CODE...NOT A ZIP CODE.

Allow PayPal to use ID rather than email
PayPal only allows email ID, but I use USER ID not email on PayPal. This differentiates my personal email PayPal from my business PayPal. I do not want to use my personal account to pay for this.
I can't sign up for QB account for business because I have QB/Intuit account for personal. There HAS to be a more flexible way to get around this!!!!IDEA: Allow PayPal to use a USER ID rather than email. Allow account sign up without email.

Automatic calculation of convenience fee
If you have the ability to change the amount then the on-line payment convenience fee should update with the updated amount since I assume this is on a percentage basis.

Your doing just fine. Give a 10% discount or paying in advance 20%
I know It takes money to make money. A bank charges interest to loan you money to purchase product went on offer customers a discount for upfront monies you put up say 1,000 or $2,000 and you get a 20% discount that gives you funding to buy more product expand your sales to other companies that would like to carry your product that have a different pay system set up with friendly banks So customers can help
fund your operation and get a benefit from it. I work the gun shows in Arizona almost all of them we'd love to…3 votes -
Your validation rules for zip code are too strict when paying from abroad
I live abroad so I have a postcode not a zip code. Postcodes are combination of numbers and letters. On mobile I could only enter numbers not letters. Had to pay on a desktop.

Security experts repeatedly warn against clicking on links in emails.
Spend a bit of time investigating computer security and avoidance of viruses and you'll find one of the most common pieces of advice is never to click on a link in an email and especially never to give payment or personal information to a web site linked from an email. You should devise a method of invoicing which does not require me to click on a blind link in an email.
