i would like to be able to pay on an account BEFORE receiving a bill
I would like to pay my bills when I have the money in hand. I do not like having to wait until I am sent a bill, to be able to pay on an account. Several times on payday Id try to go ahead and pay my Trash pick-up and if I do not owe an outstanding balance, I am not allowed to pay ahead of time. Very frustrating. Im not good at sitting on money until bill due day.

Make the sign-in link larger as it's easy to miss
The sign-in link on the payment page is too small and gets lost on the page - it's easy to miss. For people paying recurring invoices through Quickbooks Payments it is hard to see - particularly when paying via a mobile phone.

There should be an option to pay the discounted amount.
We were offered a significant discount if we paid electronically but only the full amount came up and no way to change it to the discounted rate. There needs to be a place to change the amount and directions on how to do it clearly on the payment page.

No initial invoice received
This is the second time I have received a late notice for a service I was not invoiced for. I did receive a confirmation that services were completed but no invoice was attached.

Give me line by line charges on invoice, not just a total.
When I'm paying any bills, I always have a detail of the charges. Because charges from this business vary month to month, I would like a line by line breakdown of the charges.

Accept Pay Pal or provide info on how you protect my banking info
I felt very leery about providing my routing number and checking account number to a site that doesn't tell me how they're protecting this information. I'd feel more comfortable using Pay Pal or Zelle to pay this invoice.

I accidentally chose debit but paid with a credit card
I accidentally chose debit but paid with a credit card; if that screws up the charge (and pulls it as a cash advance from the credit card at a higher interest rate), I will be upset. Have credit as DEFAULT and debit as a choice...
